PLEASE make sure you double check your shipping information for any errors before placing an order. It is your responsibility to ensure the information you provide me with is correct. With so many orders it is exceedingly difficult to make changes once an order is placed.
The customer is responsible for additional shipping and an extra handling charge if I have to resend an order due to an incorrect address or if an order was not called for after receiving notice from customs. Sorry friends! To avoid this, just make sure you review your info before you press “Submit Order”!
Packaging:
All prints are shipped in a sturdy cardboard tube, rolled safely in a protective sleeve. Because of the aggressive nature of the mail system, this has proven to be both the safest, and most affordable shipping method.
Pins are secured in a tiny ziplock bag, and sent in a bubble sealed envelope to protect them from dings and scratches.
All orders come with a thank you/print care instruction card to help with any questions you might have.
Time:
All products are packaged by just little ole me so please allow up to three weeks to receive your purchase (up to six weeks for international orders depending on customs!). I print on demand and sometimes it can take two weeks for my printers to have the prints available to package and mail. I try to send orders out at the beginning of each week, but sometimes life has hiccups.
Prints are sent via first class mail and first class international with insurance. Pins are sent the same way without insurance.
Refunds or Exchanges

It’s best to let a professional handle your print, but if you’re a DIY person like myself, here are a few helpful tips.
Because of its dense nature, ink is prone to show fingerprints and easily scuff. In order to keep your print in pristine condition, try not to remove the print from its sleeve until you are ready to frame it. When you do remove the print, be very careful to only handle the edges and avoid touching the ink (especially black) on the surface. To best re-flatten the print after being shipped in the tube, first find a clean, flat surface. Gently unroll your print, and be sure to keep it completely covered by its sleeve. Carefully place a board or a large book over the entire surface and be mindful not to catch the edges or corners. Let it sit for 24 hours. If after that time the print is still slightly curled, leave it for an additional day. At this point it should be flat enough to frame with ease.
As always, the sunlight has powerful UV forces that can fade an image no matter it’s archival quality. It’s best to avoid hanging your framed image in direct sunlight. If you’d like extra protection, consider framing it with UV protected glass or plexi.
I hope these tips help you enjoy your print for years to come!
